Step-by-Step Guide

  • If you need to catch up, learn how to create a Student
  • Log into O.T. Wizard
  • Go to Evaluation<Services
  • New Evaluation (top right)
  • Choose your Preschool aged Test student (up to 90 months old)
  • Choose "DEMO Use.." OT evaluation template to test
  • Click "Start Evaluation"
  • Follow along with my video below
