Create an Evaluation Report 

Overview: Get started and create your first evaluation report . 


Step-by-Step Guide to Create a report (eval, progress, forms, etc.)

  • Log into O.T. Wizard
  • Go to Report Wizard< Create New Report (Top Right)
  • Select Student 
  • Add the Start and End Dates for the data (evals, forms, assessments, etc) that you want to include
  • Select Data
  • Choose Types of Data that you want to include

Report Wizard can synthesize and merge several types of data into one report.  If you have entered a standardized assessment from Jan of 2023 and want to include it, then your "start date" must be 1/1/2023).

The more data you choose, the more AI credits will be used.  It is best to be selective on the types and number of data that you use so that your AI credits are preserved and so the report does not take a long time to generate.
