Exporting your report and formatting
Time to read: 2 minutes

Internet Speed: 10 Mbps minimum
Screen size: At least 8.5x11 viewing size (same as piece of paper or larger)
Security Settings: Cookies enabled; pop ups allowed for file downloads
If having trouble seeing images or videos? Try these quick fixes
1. Check your browser settings
- Enable media permissions: Go to your browser's site settings and ensure images and javascript are both allowed for otwizard.com
- Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers, script blockers, or "reader view" extensions can hid embedded visuals. Try opening OT Wizard in an Incognito/Private window to test.
- Clear cache and cookies: Cached image versions sometimes get stuck. Clear your cache and then refresh your browser.
- Go to Chrome Settings>Privacy and Security>Third Party Cookies (allow)>Sites Allowed to use 3rd Party Cookies> Add " [*.]otwizard.com " (copy and paste inside the " ")
2. Verify Network and Firewall
Verify Network and Firewall: School or clinic networks sometimes block YouTube or AWS hosted media by default. Ask your IT team to whitelist the following otwizard.com, cdn.otwizard.com, aws.amazon.com
3. Check for Pop-Up or Script Blocking
- If video preview or Play button doesn't appear then turn off pop up blockers or content filters (especially on Chrome or Safari extenstions)
- Reload the page
4. Device Specific Notes
- ipad -ensure "low data mode" is off. Safari must allow cross site tracking for embedded media
- Windows PC- Update Chrome. Outdated versions block embedded content
- Mac- Use Chrome. Other browsers don't work as well with OT Wizard.
5. Still not seeing anything?
If you still see blank spaces or broken icons:
- Try logging out and back in- this resets tokens
- take a screenshot of what you see and email support@otwizard.com. Include your browser, version, device type and whether you are on school/work or home wifi.
Some school systems block streaming by default. If you can’t see tutorial videos at work but can at home — you’ve found the culprit. Ask your IT to add OT Wizard to the ‘safe’ media list.
If your report won't generate, check pop up blockers and Chrome permissions first- it solves 90% of the magic malfunctions.
