Selecting your report type and audience in O.T. Wizard (Report Wizard)

Selecting your report type and audience

Overview: How to select your report type and target audience in O.T. Wizard

When to Use: Once you are ready to generate a report, you'll need to go to REPORT WIZARD.

You'll be able to choose from these types of Reports (REPORT  TYPE):

Full Evaluation Report (full scores/expanded domain description/ SMART goals/ justification/eligibility /recommendations)
Abbreviated Evaluation (about 3 pages/ overview/ SMART goals/justification/ eligibility/ recommendations)
Progress ( use to look at metrics between two data points)
Forms/Questionnaire Analysis (use specifically to do a deep dive into forms analysis)
Therapy Attendance Report ( pull up appointments created, canceled, completed as well as session note data)

Once you select above, you'll then select which audience (TARGET AUDIENCE) that your report is being created for:
Medical/Insurance  (insurance /prior authorization language)
School/IEP (IEP/DPI language)
Parent-Friendly (parent friendly language)
Teacher-Focused (teacher friendly)
Therapist-Focused   (a for your eyes only report)
*note that audiences are available for all report types

Once you generate the report, you can also choose to create a version in a selected language.

Pro Tips: If you have additional information that is not conveyed in the data sources, add a few sentences to describe it in the  ADDITIONAL CONTEXT FIELDS (see below)

For instance, if you want the report to focus on specific domains (visual motor integration) for goals (or even to NOT write goals for specific domains) then write that in the Goals and Objectives Context (e.g. "only write goals for visual motor integration and ADL's").  A bit of a warning is that if there is no weakness area in those goal areas, then it may not generate goals .
