Smart Text in OT Wizard

Overview: 
Smart Text allows therapists to type short slash-based codes while writing session notes and have them automatically expand to full clinical terms before the AI generates the note.

Purpose
To speed up session note entry by eliminating repetitive typing of common OT terms, domain names, and assistance levels.

When to use
Any time you are entering session information free-text fields in a daily note. Smart Text works across all input fields

How it works
Type a forward slash followed by the shorthand code anywhere in a text field. The code silently expands to its full term before the AI processes your note. The final output will always display the full clinical term, never the shorthand. Example: typing /fm becomes fine motor — typing /minA becomes minimal assistance.

**Use anything in quotations to make sure that the exact statement is replicated in the final AI note. **

Step-by-Step guide
1. Open a daily note or session entry in OT Wizard.
2. In any text field, type a / followed by your shorthand code (example: /sp).
3.Complete your note entry and click "Wizard my AI note"  as normal.  The AI receives and uses the full expanded term.
