Wondering what an actual O.T. Evaluation using O.T. Wizard looks like? See our videos below.
💕 Thanks for Danielle B. (OTR/L) , Angie B. (COTA/L) and our sweet preschool models,💕. They will give you a view into a real evaluation.
Getting Set up for an Evaluation using O.T. Wizard
Both of our evaluation models are 4 year old preschool students who will be going to kindergarten in the upcoming Fall. Evaluations were performed at their preschool setting. We may show a different child performing the evaluation based on the best video available.
As Danielle tests the skill, she is entering the child's response into OT Wizard so that the results will be scored in real time. It took her 30 minutes to complete the evaluation with the child. In this evaluation, she completed all of the included domains in this template, but users can skip sections they do not need. Skipping too many sections can result in incomplete results.
