O.T. Wizard Collaborators

Special appreciation goes out to those below who have given their time, expertise, input and inspiration into parts of the O.T. Wizard.  O.T. Wizard was shaped with input from 75+ practicing OTs, COTAs, and educational teams starting in 2019.

Early Clinical Testers

I am grateful to my initial team of occupational therapy assistants who created and piloted early worksheets, tested initial versions and/or assessments of O.T. Wizard, and offered invaluable clinical feedback that shaped the tool’s usability.

Beta Testers and Early Adopters

I extend my gratitude to the therapists and educators who participated in the early beta testing of O.T. Wizard. Their willingness to trial the platform in real-world settings, provide detailed feedback, and share observations was instrumental in refining the system before wider release. These early adopters helped ensure O.T. Wizard is both clinically rigorous and practical for everyday use.

Development Team

The O.T. Wizard platform was designed and led by Stephanie Wick, OT/L. Stephanie created the scoring logic, evaluation framework, and clinical content. Technical implementation and build-out were completed with development support to translate this vision into a secure, user-friendly platform. I appreciate the developers that have helped to build this vision.

Psychometric/Research Advisors

I appreciate the psychometric advisors who guided Rasch alignment and ensured the integrity of scoring methods.
